I tried this out awhile ago … it is cool, but still can’t synchronize and add new events like Spanning Sync can.

I really wish that Google would support this already so we wouldn’t have to pay for it.

wait … you can add a new event through iCal and it adds it too Google Calendar and syncs it?? How ?? it says you can only sync whats on Google Calender to iCal not the other way around.

you can have ical broadcast to any calendar server, you always have been able to broadcast. so if google lets you sync, and ical lets you add…then problem solved.

Ok so i was able to add an event from ical and it instantly shows up in google calendar. Any more questions?
